5. Pricing and payments

Our prices are listed in EURO-official Croatian currency. All the transactions are processed in EURO. Any currency conversion fees are responsibility of the customer. We accept various payment methods, including but not limited to credit/debit cards, PayPal, Revolut Pay, and other payment processors as specified in our Services. Upon completing your order, you will be directed to our secure payment gateway (STRIPE). By submitting your payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use selected payment method. we implement industry-standard security measures to protect your payment information. However, we are not liable for any breaches that may occur beyond our control.

6. Refund and cancellations

Customers should read and understand this policy before booking and paying the Service. we reserve the right to update this policy without prior notice. changes will be communicated on our website and take effect immediately. we outline the conditions for cancellations and refund regarding transfer and service booked through our website. Cancellations must be submitted via e-mail: [email protected] or phone: +385955354594 at least 24 hours before scheduled transfer.

Cancellation made less than 24 hours are not eligibile for issuing refund. Customers who do not show up for their scheduled tour without prior notice are not eligible for cancellation, rescheduling or refund. Tour can be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Additional fees may apply. In case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, we may consider refund on a case-by-case basis. 7. Company cancellation policy

Already arranged transfers could be subject to change depending on weather conditions, water levels, other acts of God, special events of interest and similar. For client's safety and comfort reasons, the Company reserves the right to alternate program without prior notice. In case of major changes or cancellations booked by the client, we will advise you as soon as possible and provide following options:

• you may accept new departure date or time
• you may accept new vehicle
• you may cancel your booking

8. Modifications and interuptions

We reserve the right to change, modify or remove the contentof the Services at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion without notice. However, we have no obligation to update any information on our website. we will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service. 

We cannot guarantee the service will be available at all times. we may experience hardware, software, or other problems or need to perform maintenance related to the service, resulting in interruptions, delays, or errors. we reserve right to change, revise, update, suspend, discontinue, or otherwise modify the service at any time or for any reason without notice to you. You agree that we have no liability whatsoever for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by your inability to access or use the services during any downtime or discontinuance of the Service. Nothing in these Legal Terms will be construed to obligate us to maintain and support the services or to supply any corrections, updates, or releases in connection therewith.
